Returns Policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Returns apply to either the entire order or specific items from the same order.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Limitations:

  • Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, and similar items cannot be returned.
  • Items marked as "Sale" are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Specific return policies may vary based on the product category. Refer to the product description for details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return them within 7 days from delivery.
  • Initiate a return through your account order history or contact our Customer Support via email at thewhitewalkers@gmail.com or call (10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday).
  • Returns for damaged/defective items must adhere to the standard condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with tags attached).

Return Process:

  • Log into your account and navigate to your order history.
  • Select the item to return, provide the required details, and submit the request.
  • You will receive a confirmation of the return request.
  • We offer reverse pickup wherever feasible. In areas where this is unavailable, you may need to send the item via a reliable courier service.



Refund Policy:

Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
  • Refunds can be issued as Account Credits or to the original payment method. Account Credits are processed faster and can be reused for purchases on the Website.
  • For orders placed using Account Credits, refunds will only be credited back as Account Credits.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are based on the actual amount paid for the product. Discounts or promotional offers may not be valid after a return.
  • Shipping, gifting, and other service charges are non-refundable.
  • Free gifts with orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes our quality check.
  • Returned items with mismatched tags, barcodes, or damaged/used conditions will not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Timeline Exceptions:

  • Refund timelines may vary in cases of disputes or discrepancies found during the quality check process.
  • If refunds fail due to incorrect payment details, the issue will be resolved in coordination with your payment bank.
